SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

The Agreement serves as the sole and complete agreement between you and The Software regarding your usage of the Website, superseding any previous or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and/or understandings regarding the Website. REQUIREMENTS

TheSoftware cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these item descriptions. CONTESTS
TheSoftware occasionally offers promotional prizes and other rewards through Contests. To participate and get a chance to win these prizes, you need to provide accurate information on the Contest registration form and agree to the Official Contest Rules for each specific Contest. Completing the appropriate entry form is required to enter the Contests featured on the Website. You are responsible for providing true, current, accurate, and complete Contest Registration Data. TheSoftware reserves the right to reject any Contest Registration Data that violates any part of the Agreement or is incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise unsatisfactory, at its sole discretion. LICENSE GRANT
As a user of the Website, you have been given permission to access and utilize the Website, Content, and associated material in line with the Agreement.
